AJ's Playhouse is my favorite radio station. I'm at work at 6am every week day and I have to admit that I have to listen to them everyday. They're like my morning coffee. They are always positive and so nice. I have had the pleasure to meet each of them and they have always been nothing but super sweet.

They are warm hearted people that give so much props to the San Diego community. They show their love to SD although some of them weren't even raised here. As a local SD girl they have earned my respect. How many radio stations do you think raise money all year long for kids?? Only one - AJ's Playhouse!! As long as they're on i'll be listening.

What a wonderful person, each year he goes up in a crane and lives there until he raises to what seems to be a million toys for childrens hospital. He's up there in DECEMBER!!! He's slept in the rain, delt with high winds, doesn't step foot on solid ground until he reaches his goal and he does it all for the little ones. AJ you are truely a wonderful person.

Hula- Producer/Co Host
FUNNY..FUNNY...FUNNY!! Hard worker and very sweet. He is the teady bear you just can't seem to let go. Always a nice person to talk to. Never too busy to stop and talk to you. Always fun with Hula.

Geena the Latina- Co Host
Such a lady. Geena is a great role model to the ladies of SD. She brings style and sass to the group. Very sweet and polite. Definitely  the type of lady you want to be friends with. She is very positive and doesn't focus on all the haters. Definitely a Class act.

Sonic- Co Host
What can I say about Sonic..LOL. He's so funny!!!!! The first time I met him he was dressed in a plastic apron, underwear and tube socks on. Oh course it was for a show they were doing at the Beach, and funny as hell. He walked by and gladly took a picure with me. He always makes me laugh with his stunts, eating out the trash was his funnist stunt ever!!

They all give so much to our community, so if the haters want to hate remember this....you don't have to like everyone but it does no one any good to spread HATE.

First of all I would like to give a big shot out to Kalvin. Happy Birthday sweetie. I've never met him but I listen to AJ's Playhouse every morning. They're truely are the one's who keep it real. Everyone please send a warm happy birthday to KALVIN!!!

Good Morning San Diego. Welcome to tuesaday. So ok this whole time change is a trip. I'm still a little sleepy but i'm hanging in there. So this morning I heard Geena the latina talk about her brothers. The more I listened I thought to myself how brave she is to open up like that. she is sucj an inspiration and a great role model. I would like to dedicate this blog to Miss Geena the Latina! You rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SD has mad love for you! Anyone who reads this please send her a warm hello. SD LOVE!!!!!!!

First of all I want to wish my home girl Nancy Happy Birthday! Happy 25th! Now she told me that she didn't want to celebrate her B-day this year because she was not happy turning 25. She feels that she isn't where she wants to be in her life at this time. After listening to her I had to give her my two cents. I said " Nan turning another age should always be celebrated. This is a special day since you were given another year here on earth". We talked about all the good things she has done and that made her smile. I say no matter what your age may be always give thanks that you made it this far. Live your life with no regrets. Love ya SD!!!!!

Good Morning. So ok here is my very first blog. My name is Cherise and I was born and raised in SD. This is my town. I currently live near the beach and I love it. I love to listen to channel 933. AJ's Playhouse gets me going in the mornings. I love to hear the big scoop while i'm at work. They make the time go by so fast. I wish they were on all the time. I even listen to the pre show show! A big thank you to them for doing what they do. Holla!!! I'm currently working for the school district and I love it. I've worked for a bunch of places in the past but this job is by far most the best place ever. I've worked for medical places in the past and they are not the business. They suck, Everyone is always stressed. I worked for a doctor in Point Loma and it was the worst. They packed on the work while they sat back and did nothing. To Anyone who hates their job, My advice to you is to quit! No job is worth it!
