OK SO WE ARE STARTING THIS NEW SEGMENT ON THURSDAY'S WHERE WE BUST BEAUTY MYTH'S! SO BASICALLY EVERY THURSDAY WE WILL TAKE ON A "BEAUTY MYTH!" AND LET YOU KNOW WHAT WE DISCOVER. Good Morning everyone!! It is almost Friday!! This week has gone by super quick for me. Anyway, I got this email from a woman. She said, "Geena, what advice can u give me for being heart broken from my ex what can i do he cheated but won't admit his mistake help please help." Girl, if he won't admit it, and you know for sure he did, move on!! I know it's extremely painful, and it will continue to be painful for a while, but eventually over time the pain will slowly go away. This man is not the one for you, you need to realize that. If he cheated, and he's not willing to admit his mistakes, then he doesn't really care that much. The longer you stay the longer he will continue to keep doing the things he does. He is in control right now. But you need to realize, you can be in control. All you need to do is leave him and more on!!! You need to make the decision that is best for you, and that will make YOU happy. Sometimes in life it's better to look out for yourself. And this is one of them. So leave him, move on, and trust me with time the pain will go away. There's really nothing else that will help other than being strong and time. In the long run, it will be for the better.
