    About Me Aloha kakou... I'm a Professional Polynesian Dancer that tries to be as open-minded as possible. I just moved back to the mainland from Hawai'i a year ago and have went through a tough transition coming back to the 619. Yet, things have been looking up for me. I am currently working at a university as an Academic Advisor. As for my hobbies, they vary depending on my mood, but I like to stay active. I'm the type of guy that is a better participant than a spectator. So, by playing volleyball and bodyboarding, as well as Polynesian dance, I'm all over the place. I think of myself as a pretty educated guy. On the surface, I may look like any other guy you see walking down the street, but I have a Bachelors degree in Sports Medicine and have a Masters in Leadership Studies with an emphasis in Multi-Cultural/Ethnic Affairs in Higher Education. That may make me sound pretty stuck up and shallow. Yet, I'm pretty down to earth and laid back. (What Islander isn't?) I have a blue-collar work ethic and I am pretty street savvy, even though I may be well-educated.
    Music My muscial tastes run the gamut of the world of music. So, I think I have an ecclectic taste for music. One moment I can be racing down the freeway listening to New Found Glory and the Goo Goo Dolls, and an hour later I can be cruising down the street listening to some Mafia tunes or hitting the clubs bumping some local DJs Mixx CDs. But my number one love for music is my Island Reggae, or what some may call JAWAIIAN.

    What is our deepest fear?

    Tuesday, October 16, 2007, 12:57 PM EST [General]

    Our deepest Fear is not that we are inadequate;

    Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

    It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us.

    Your playing small does not serve the world.

    There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you.

    We were all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us, it's in everyone.

    As we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

    As we our liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
